The Invisalign® Process
Straightening your teeth with Invisalign is a simple process. To start, you’ll visit our office so we can determine your needs and use computer-assisted 3D technology to create a model of your ideal smile. The lab uses this model to create your series of trays.
Once your first set of trays is ready, you’ll come back to our office, so we can show you how to place them. Wear your trays all the time, except to eat, brush, and floss, to begin the process of moving your teeth. Visit our office approximately every two weeks to receive your next set of trays. As you work through your plan, our team will monitor your progress and make adjustments to the treatment plan as needed. Once you’ve completed your series of trays – on average, it takes 9 to 15 months and 18 to 30 sets of trays – you’ll have a brand new smile.
